2011 Poker Run Highlights

Saturday, July 16, 2011 On July 16 a group of nearly 450 motorcyclists participated in the 47 Bar & Grill annual poker run to raise funds for Wilson Hospice Care.
Bikers following the suggested route rode approximately 125 miles roundtrip. Kim Pflum and Walt Clark, co-owners of the 47 Bar and Grill in Port Jefferson organized the annual poker run, which included stops at Desperados in Huntsville, Meyer’s Tavern in Botkins, Wendelin Tavern in Ft. Recovery, Stardust in Sidney, and Phoenix in Sidney before reaching the wrap-up party at the McKibben Shelter.
